When a dog goes missing, the owner will understandably panic and feel an immense and overwhelming amount of stress. While experiencing all sorts of emotions, the owner will still do their best to look for their missing beloved pet.
This is what Gary and Debbie Morgan have felt when their Golden Retriever has gone missing. Thankfully, the couple has been reunited with their pup with the help of a stranger.
Finding Meadow
Meadow, Gary and Debbie’s 16-month-old Golden Retriever is last seen in a wooded area in Andes, which is located in New York. The couple has put up flyers and notes, asking people to help them find their pup. The flyers have offered a $500 reward and described the dog as small and stocky, with a pink collar.
Meadow has been missing for about a week when a man named Brian James has seen the announcement. Brian tells ABC News that he thinks he can help by offering a new perspective to the search, as he works as a hiking guide and is trained to operate a drone.
Brian says that he has realized that it might be easy to see Meadow from the air. His idea proves to be fruitful; soon enough, he is able to locate a patch of white in a wooded area.
Reuniting with the pup
According to reports, Brian hurries to the spot where he has seen Meadow. He has rescued the dog, who seems to be in great condition. The Morgan couple is then reunited with the dog, ten days after she has gone missing.
Debbie says that she and Garry are so thankful to Brian for showing up and being able to rescue Meadow. Brian, on the other hand, says that everyone has the capability to help; one does not only know what will come of it.
