All of us have probably had a dream pet that we’ve always wanted to have, and for one woman, that dream pet was a Bernese Mountain Dog.
Back on Mother’s Day of 2019, Lynn Younglove didn’t have a clue of what her family had planned for her. They knew how much she really wanted one, so they made it so that they can surprise Lynn with a Bernese Mountain dog puppy while she was still in bed.
The original video was really wholesome as someone filmed Lynn’s son Alexander walk into her bedroom with a lovely puppy in hand. She can be clearly heard in the video telling everyone to keep quiet and goes on about how cute her new puppy, named Loki, was as he was placed on her bed.
The original video was quite popular on the internet.
On the topic of surprises and the original video, Lynn said that she was told to say in bed for a bit, and because of this, she thought that she was going to get some breakfast in bed. She didn’t have any idea that she will be getting an even better surprise.
A couple of years after the video was made, Lynn was reminiscing about the surprise for her. She remembered it as something incredible and something that she still can’t believe actually happened.
Then she got the idea of recreating the video. They recreated the video in their family home in Watertown, Minnesota. Though this time, Loki was quite a lot bigger than before.
He is now 130 pounds, a whole lot heavier, but Lynn’s son still managed to carry him up the stairs to the bedroom.
Lynn also said that she had to try hard at being an actor and remember the lines that she said in the original video. She also said that thankfully, her son was okay with carrying Loki into her room.
