Little Marshall is an adorable Dalmatian puppy, and he is the newest addition to Ohio’s Seville-Guilford Fire Department family. Although Marshall is still a small dog, he is starting to prove to his colleagues that he has their backs.

Currently, Marshall is training to be a certified therapy K-9, and his specialization will be in fire prevention training. He resides permanently at the fire station. So, he keeps his colleagues company on their long shifts. However, Marshall is more than just an adorable companion.

It seems like Marshall completely understands the value of staying in shape when working as a firefighter. He is even eager to help his colleagues as they go to the gym to work out. Based on the video that the fire department posted on their social media page, it seems like little Marshall is an excellent personal trainer.

In the clip, three firemen were seen inside the gym, working out while wearing their full firefighter gear. Two were on the treadmill while one was pushing and pulling a piece of equipment right in the middle of the hall.

Marshall was also in the room, making it clear that he was ready to lend a paw whenever his help was needed. As the man walked back and forth, Marshall was also there, following his every step. He was so eager that at some point, he was even hugging the man’s leg as if he was giving him a little extra push.

In the caption, the fire department said their team that Sunday night was working hard to keep in shape. They noted how Marshall was also there to help the crew before giving their well-wishes.

The community that the Seville-Guilford Fire Department serves can rest easy because Marshall will be there to keep the first responders in tip-top shape. None of them can slack off when this pup is on the watch.
