In Seoul, South Korea, a couple adopted a dog they named Jjoko. This dog has an attitude problem. It barks loudly a lot.

Jjoko and its siblings were born in the streets. They experienced hardships every day to survive. The animal center rescued the puppies while hiding under rubbish. Jjoko only felt secure when cuddling with its siblings.

Jjoko was always anxious after the couple adopted it. The couples’ parents had a dog named Koko. Being an elder dog, Koko was always kind and generous to the little puppy. Soon, Jjoko felt calm and playful with Koko.

But Jjoko had to go home with its owners and leave Koko behind. At home, Jjoko also felt comfortable and enjoyed the company of its owners. But Jjoko does not like strangers. Whenever its owners have visitors, Jjoko keeps barking none stop until the visitors leave.

The dog also does not like being left behind alone in the house. It becomes wary and agitated that it barks loudly until its owners come back home. The dog’s owners tried so many things just to make Jjoko stop barking.

The couple knew only one thing that can make Jjoko quiet. The mere presence of Koko changes the mood of Jjoko. Whenever the couple had to go somewhere, they ask their parents to send Koko.

Jjoko shows a different attitude whenever Koko is around. Even when there are strangers present, Jjoko does not bark. Jjoko and Koko love spending time together.

Jjoko is a good influence to Koko too

Before Jjoko came, Koko experienced hearing loss and liked to sleep or lie down most of the time. Thanks to Jjoko, Koko has become energetic and now loves to walk and play around the house. Both dogs enjoy strolling around the neighborhood with their owners.

The dogs consider themselves as family. The dogs give each other inspiration and enjoy life. The dogs are fortunate for having loving owners, and most importantly, each other.
